Awaken Camp & Classic bridges the playfulness of summer camp, the prestige of a golf invitational, and the personal-growth ethos of Nekawa. A week built so the body, the game, and the mind can all come home together.

The shape of the week

The first three days are immersive health, wellness, and training — breathwork, movement, sauna and cold, nutrition, and one-on-one sessions with a curated team of practitioners. The next three days are a competitive tournament across some of the finest golf in Northern Michigan. The closing day brings it all together: awards, reflections, and a proper send-off.

“The Otis becomes more than a hotel — it becomes the heart of the Awaken movement.”

A full-property takeover

We take over The Otis for the full week — a complete sanctuary and command center for the camp. Every room, every common space, every meal is shaped around the group. It means full energetic control, visual cohesion, and the kind of rhythm that only happens when everyone is under the same roof.

Wellness programming happens on-site at The Otis and at select venues in downtown Harbor Springs. A dedicated luxury shuttle fleet runs two to three daily waves — lodging to the morning wellness location or course, course to the recovery zone, and then on to dinner.

Looking ahead

Year two brings a Women’s Camp & Classic in the LPGA offseason, an expanded field, and qualifying events in New York, Los Angeles, and Costa Rica. We’re building this one carefully, so it grows the right way.
