A different path
to wellness.
We offer alternative resources to western medicine and walk alongside individuals and families on their journey back to health — with natural healing modalities, whole foods, movement, breath, and community.
Helping people take back their health — the natural way.
The Morgan Hoffmann Foundation exists to illuminate alternative/original paths to health — to gather the wisdom of natural modalities, to fund real programs that put that wisdom into practice, and to support individuals and families on their own journey to wellness. Food, breath, movement, stillness, community, time in nature — we believe these are powerful medicines, and that everyone deserves access to them.
What we do
Four living initiatives in 2026 — each one rooted in the belief that real health starts outside the pharmacy, in the soil, in the kitchen, on the trail, and in community.

From a PGA Tour career to an off-the-grid search for answers.
In 2016, after five years of misdiagnoses and 25 doctors, I was told I had an incurable form of muscular dystrophy. My wife Chelsea and I decided to try everything western medicine said was impossible. What we found — and who we found — changed our lives. This foundation is how we share it.
“There are many paths to health. This foundation exists to help you find yours.” — Morgan Hoffmann
